00:01 Welcome back to the next tutorial where today we’re going to be editing your website template on micro farm sites So first thing you want to do is jump into your micro farm sites account and on the left here You want to be clicking on sites and that’ll take you to funnels Then you’ll have your website 00:16 here. So clicking on your website here. You’ll see you have four different pages What we’re going to be focusing on in this video is the home page. 00:23 So What you want to be doing is clicking on edit here and then editing in a new tab. So let’s click on that Now this is going to be a templated website that you’re going to be filling in. 00:37 So once this loads I’ll show you what we want to be doing here So it’s all going to be templated for you and you’re going to be filling this in as we go and I’m going to be showing you exactly how to do that. 00:46 Now there’s a few things that we don’t need to worry about in this particular video, but we will revisit as we go on. 00:53 Like for the phone number here, don’t worry about filling this out for now. We’ll come back to it. And then down the footer here as well, we’re going to come back to the phone. 01:02 Okay, but let’s get into it. So the first thing you want to be doing is you can have a read through this as if you like, you know, see what the website you have here is. 01:12 It’s going to give you a bit of information about who you are, what you’re doing, information about microgreens, how they’re healthy, and it’s going to show them the microgreens. 01:21 It’s got some really good photos here, etc, etc. So have a read through and see what this is all about. 01:26 This website has been designed and written professionally by copywriters on our team, and we’ve seen that this performs really well. 01:34 So I would encourage you to use this website as is and start seeing results with it. If you do want to make any edits in the future, of course, you can. 01:42 This tool, MicropharmSites, is very powerful, so there is a lot you can do, but I’m going to be showing you the most optimal way to get results, which is what we’re going to go through in this video. 01:52 Okay, so let’s keep going here. So the first thing you want to be doing is actually adding your logo up the top left. 01:58 So if you click on this, you can scroll down, and you’ll see here it says Image Options. You want to be clicking on this, and this is going to give you an option to actually upload a file. 02:08 So I’ve already got an image here of my logo, so I’m going to upload it here. You should have done this in a previous lesson on Canva, created your logo. 02:16 So we’ve uploaded that, double-click there, and it’s going to put it there. Now, I would encourage you to make sure that you’re doing this. Make the width a hundred, and just make sure the size is good for mobile and desktop. 02:26 And then see this, this kind of has a slightly different color to there. What I want to be doing here, I’m just going to make my, what I want to do here is click on this green section, so you can see here, right, this green part. 02:39 And then you actually want to make the background color. The black there, so it, so it fades in nicely with the logo. 02:46 Okay, then that’s, we don’t need to worry about anything in the middle, and we don’t need to worry about the phone number in this lesson in particular. 02:51 Okay, so the next thing I want to do now is start actually editing the website template. So you can see here, locally grown organic microgreens delivered to your doorstep. 03:00 Do you live in, and then you’re going to put your- area here. So I’m going to put the Mooney Ponds area, and then you can actually, you know, if you want, you can highlight your area and bold it. 03:13 So I just did control B or you can go up here and click bold. And then it goes, well, say hello to your new favorite locally. 03:21 Can do every single meal to create a grown food that can be added to your, to any extra, any meal for extra nutrition and taste that it has some information here. 03:29 Okay, cool. So then we’re gonna go down. Now we got. Hi. I’m, so you’re gonna put your name. So if it was me, I’m going to go, hi, I’m. 03:41 Hi. Where Dan and Jerusha Valdesso, your local microgreen farmers. Cause there’s multiple of us. And then you’re going to put an image here. 03:53 Now, I would encourage you, if you already are growing microgreens, take a photo of yourself in front of your microgreens rack or holding a microgreens tray or hold a microgreens. 04:03 Or holding your microgreens, the actual, the packaging, right? Cause that’s going to show that, you know, some, it’s going to give you some authority here, which is really good. 04:12 But if you’ve never grown microgreens before, like in this example, I have not. What I would encourage you to do is go to Canva and I’ve already pre-made some of these photos, but using the templates, using the images, the stock images that we’ve given you, you can actually add them here and then add 04:26 a photo of yourself as, as, you know, just like this I’ve done here or another one like that. If you have a photo in front of your microgreens rack like Jonah has here, that would obviously be perfect to go here. 04:37 And eventually, when you start to do start growing your microgreens, I encourage you to take a photo like this and come back. 04:42 You can replace this one, but I want to show you in this section how I made this photo here. So, what I’m going to do is just start it from scratch. 04:50 Now, you can upload in here a whole bunch of different photos. Now, we provided in a previous lesson the microgreens stock photos where you have 150, 130 different images to choose from, right? 05:02 So, all you need to do in this case is upload it here, and then you can drag it over there. 05:09 Now, the next thing you want to do is come into the elements, and if you go to these ones here, you can see shapes. 05:18 Oh, no, that’s not right. Sorry. Where is it? Here we go. No. Here we go. Frames. This is where, this is what I want to use. 05:25 So, I like using the circle frame, and you can just pop that, you know, down there, for example like you see, that’s quite big there, and then if I come back to my uploads, I’ve got a photo here, I just pop it right there, and if I want to make it a bit bigger, I can do that. 05:39 So, that’s pretty easy and simple, right? And you can do the same thing. Maybe you want to do it. Right in the middle, let’s create that one from scratch, you just pop that there you can just grab an image like that, come into elements, maybe you want to do, for example, I don’t know, this one, 05:55 and you’re going to put it right in the middle, uploads, add that one right there, right? And then you want to actually, unload it, so for example, let’s say I wanted to use the first one, I’m just going to download that first image, and make sure it’s PNG, perfect, I’m going to download and wait 06:12 for that, okay, cool, so we’ve got that downloaded, so now I’m going to come back to micro farm sites here, and I’m going to put the image here, so I’m going to click on that, I’m going to come in here, click add image, and I’m going to upload a file, and I’ve got my downloads file just here, great, 06:32 I’m going to upload that there, double click here, and it’s going to add it there, okay, so it’s quite small there, so you want to maybe change this, so let’s maybe put this to about 500, yep, perfect, and then you can actually center it as well, so it moves to the middle, and we’re really good there 06:51 . Okay, cool, so hey, we’re down in Jerusha, Valdasa, your local microgreen farmers, and then you’re going to go through it. 06:55 My farm, you know, Mooney Pons Microgreens, and you can obviously put your farm there, and if you want to bold it again, you can just highlight the text, and then up the top here, just click bold. 07:07 Is a small to director farm community, sorry, it’s a small director community farm that offers quick home deliveries anywhere in, and then I’m going to put the Mooney Pons area, and it’s going to see how, yeah, just find me there unsafe changes so you can always come through and click save which 07:27 is just going to ensure that you don’t lose any of your work just in case something happens. So, we’ve done all those changes that need to be done there, right? So, what we want to be doing here and just actually one thing I want to check. 10:36 So, this size, I’m pretty happy with 250 but if I wanted to make it, you know, bigger or, you know, even smaller, you can do that but 250 is probably pretty good so that’s great. 10:45 Alright, cool. So, let’s go up to the top here now and what I want to show you is if somebody does click on order now, it’s going to show you, it’s going to show them this pop-up, right? 10:57 And we’ve got a lesson that goes through this, we’ve got a future lesson that goes through this in more detail but I just want to show you just quickly what it’s going to what’s going to pop up. 11:04 When someone clicks that, so, that’s what’s going to happen there. Now, the next thing that’s really important to note is, this is what it looks like on desktop. 11:12 So, you can see up on top left here, it’s got the desktop and it’s got mobile. So, you can actually, it can, you can actually see, okay, it’s going to look like this on mobile. 11:18 Now, all of this is when you’re editing, it’s going to be, it’s going to be updating the mobile and the desktop. 11:25 Except for this first section here. So, you want to come in here and just pop your city here. So, you know, do you live in the Mooney Ponds area? 11:39 Right, and I’m going to grab that and bold that. Also, hello to your new locally grown food. There can be, okay, cool. 11:46 That’s all good. And then it goes into see we changed this. We changed that. You know, this is all updated and the same, which is great. 11:53 The image is centered perfectly. All this has been updated, right? So, the only thing you needed to change was this section right here. 12:00 So, you’re going to be adding in your area and that’s it. And then everything else is all good. Reason we did that is we couldn’t have this image on the mobile here. 12:08 We had to like have it faded in the back or else it just would be too hard to read. And that’s the only change that that is there. 12:14 So, we’ve got to make sure we save that right there. All right. Now, what’s what you can actually do now is preview this. 12:20 So, once that saves, we’re going to preview it. So, it’s going to wait for that to load. All right, cool. 12:27 So, we’re just going to look through make sure everything’s looking all good, which is great. Now, one thing you can actually do is you can grab this link here and send it to yourself on your phone, right? 12:40 So, if you grab this, for example, what I do is I’d come to like Facebook and I would just send this. 12:45 I’d send this message to myself and I’d look at it. I’d look at it on my phone so I can actually see what this looks like on my phone. 12:50 We, you know, we looked at what it looks like on our phone here, but it is good to preview it on your phone so you can actually see what it looks like, you know, actually on your phone versus just an editor on your phone. 13:00 Just like right now, this is previewing it on our desktop, right? I want to do the same thing on my phone. 13:05 Alright, so back to structs. We’ll be right back to this video. copy it send it to yourself on Facebook or however you can get the link to yourself and then look it on your phone and make sure everything’s all good make sure the logos are good make sure the image sizes are good etc etc make sure everything’s 13:19 looking nice if any edits need to be made you can do that you know coming back in here and you know making those edits but I think at this point we’ve done everything that we can that’s all good the last thing I wanted to mention is just I would trust the way that we’ve written this website like you 13:33 can see here that you know we’ve written everything it’s structured in a certain way we’re professionals at this we’ve been in the marketing industry for a long time we know that this works and converts so we trust we we hope that you trust that this will work for you and in the future like I said if 13:48 you do want to make some changes you can that’s fine but I would encourage you to start with this cool so that’s the end of this lesson we’ll see in the next one yeah just a quick reminder that we’re going to come back to the phone number there here and the privacy in terms in a future lesson 14:03 so don’t worry about that for now but that’s all you need to do in this lesson for now so I’ll see in the next one thank you
